Selection

There is no additional charge for personal plant selection. However, please call in advance to schedule an appointment. If this is not possible, we will do our best to select the best plants suitable to your needs. We encourage you to come and see our nursery. Contact manager, Bob Livingston at (815) 943-1111 to set up a field tour.

Orders

Orders are booked subject to crop growing conditions with the understanding that orders shall become void should injury befall our stock from causes beyond our control (i.e. drought, flood, fire, hail, wind, frost).

Pick-Up Orders

All customers will be notified in advance as to when their order will be ready for pickup, unless previously arranged. Orders not picked up within 7 days of notification will be invoiced immediately! We are not responsible for the condition of any nursery stock item not picked up within 7 days or reasonable period of time after notification. Cancellations will not be accepted after the plants have been dug. It is the customer’s responsibility to have rope, blocks, and tarps to tie down plants and protect from windburn and drying. Any material supplied by Fox Ridge Nursery will be charged accordingly.

All stock is guaranteed to be true to name. Seller gives no other warranty.

Prices

Prices are FOB Fox Ridge Nursery, Harvard, Illinois. They are for trade only and subject to change without notice.

Terms of Sale

Established accounts with credit in good standing, are “NET 30 DAYS.” A service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) is charged on balances past 30 days. All other orders are paid in full when picked up. Visa and MasterCard acceptable. New accounts with no prior purchase history are C.O.D. and require a 25% predigging deposit. Credit applications areavailable upon request. Our-of-state accounts are 50% deposit with order and balance due on pick-up. Certified checks only. $30 fee on returned checks.
